Ingredients
1 loaf unsliced Italian bread
1/3 cup mustard, divided
50g sliced deli turkey
50g sliced deli ham
50g sliced deli pastrami
1/2 cup sliced pickles
Dairyworks natural Edam cheese slices
Method
Cut loaf in half horizontally; remove bread from top half. Brush cut sides of loaf with mustard; place cut side down on grill. Grill, uncovered, over medium heat for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
Place bottom of loaf on heavy-duty foil. Layer with turkey, Edam cheese slices, ham, pastrami and top with pickles.
Brush bread with additional oil. Fold foil around sandwich and seal tightly. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 4-8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into slices and enjoy.
