Chicken Caesar Burger Bowls

  • 600g chicken mince

  • 1/2 red onion, finely diced

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary

  • 100g streaky bacon

  • 4 hard boiled eggs

  • 2 stalks celery

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 Lebanese cucumber

  • 1/2 red onion

  • 120g cos lettuce

  • 1/4 cup shaved Dairyworks Parmesan Natural Wedge

  • 1 cup croutons

  • 1/3 cup caesar dressing

  • Fresh basil leaves (optional)


Preheat oven to 190ЉC fan bake. Place chicken mince, onion, oregano and rosemary in a

bowl and season with salt and pepper. Combine well, then divide mixture into four and

shape into burger patties. Wrap each patty in a piece of bacon and place on an oven tray.

Bake for 25 minutes, until cooked through.

Meanwhile, cut eggs in half. Thinly slice celery, cucumber, avocado and onion. Divide

lettuce between individual serving bowls. Top with eggs, celery, cucumber, avocado,

onion, Dairyworks Parmesan, cooked burger patties and croutons. Drizzle with dressing

and garnish with basil, if using.
