Cheesy Lovers Savoury Loaf

  • 1 cup self-raising flour

  • 3 eggs

  • ½ cup olive oil

  • ½ cup milk

  • 1 ½ cups Dairyworks Tasty, grated

  • 2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds + extra to top

  • 8 sundried tomatoes, patted dry and chopped

  • 1 small red onion, finely diced

  • 3 Tbsp basil pesto

  • ½ cup Dairyworks Mozzarella, grated


  1. Grease and line a loaf pan with baking paper and preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

  2. Place flour, eggs, oil and milk in a large bowl and mix until well combined.

  3. Add pumpkin seeds, sun-dried tomatoes, red onion and Dairyworks Tasty. Mix well.

  4. Pour batter into prepared pan and spoon over basil pesto. Swirl through batter using a butter knife.

  5. Sprinkle Dairyworks Mozzarella over loaf and top with a scattering of pumpkin seeds.

  6. Place in oven and bake for 40-45 minutes or until cheese is golden and a skewer comes out clean.

  7. Allow to cool in pan for 5 minutes before turning onto a wire cooling rack. Slice and enjoy warm or cool.
