1. Place potatoes and salt in a large saucepan and cover with water
2. Bring to the boil and simmer for 8 minutes or until soft and tender
3. Drain and add the Dairyworks Garlic & Sea Salt Butter and chopped parsley
4. Gently toss through the butter and parsley and serve.
