1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
Handful of Parsley
Mix together the mince, onion, egg, almond meal and parsley until well combined. Season well with salt and a pinch of pepper.
Divide mixture into four even pieces. Roll the mixture into a ball and flatten into a patty shape with a thickness of 3cm.
Grill at a medium high heat on one side for 4 minutes before flipping over and cooking for a further 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to drain on paper towels for at least 5 minutes.
Mix together lemon juice, mayonnaise and parsley in a ramekin.
Build your burger
Take a piece of cos lettuce and top with herb mayonaise and red onion.
Stack on the meat patty and cheese before finishing with tomato and avocado.
Repeat the steps above until each bunless burger has been created, serve and enjoy!
