Parmesan is an iconic Italian hard cheese. It is distinctively salty and slightly granular with many uses in Italian cuisine such as a topping for pastas and pizzas, and as a crucial ingredient in some sauces.
Pack size: 250gm and 1kg packaged wedges.
INGREDIENTS: Pasteurised cow's milk, salt, cultures, enzyme (non-animal rennet).
Keep refrigerated between 2ºC - 4ºC.
Best eaten at room temperature.
