Dairyworks transform bulk cheese and butter into added-value consumer products for  supermarkets, convenience stores and other retail outlets throughout New Zealand and Australia. In addition, we produce our own cheese and butter brands, Alpine.

ALPINE BLOCK CHEESE is produced in Tasty cheddar, Mild cheddar, Edam and Colby  varieties in 500g, 800g and 1kg packaged blocks.		ALPINE GRATED CHEESE is produced in Tasty cheddar, Mild cheddar, Edam and Colby  varieties in handy recloseable bags.
ALPINE SLICED CHEESE is produced in Tasty cheddar, Mild cheddar, Edam and Colby  varieties in handy recloseable packs.		ALPINE PARMESAN CHEESE is produced in 250g and 1kg packaged wedges.
ALPINE MILK POWDER is produced in Whole Milk Powder and Skim Milk Powder varieties in 1kg and 400g packs.
